If you enjoy being in the field, solving real-world challenges, and working alongside high-performing teams—this role is built for you.What You'll Do As a key member of our Operations team, you'll partner closely with the Electrical Construction Manager and field teams to keep projects running smoothly from pre-construction through commissioning.Key responsibilities include:Support planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution of solar projectsManage material orders, inventory, and equipment readinessCoordinate submittals, change orders, and project documentationConduct site visits to monitor safety, progress, and qualityEnsure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and local codesAssist with commissioning, reporting, and project closeoutCollaborate with internal teams and interface with customers as neededThis is a safety-sensitive role involving rooftop work, exposure to weather conditions, and proximity to energized electrical systems. Comprehensive training is provided, and strict safety protocols are always followed.What Success Looks Like Projects delivered safely, on time, and within scopeAccurate documentation and reportingStrong collaboration across teamsHigh-quality, code-compliant installationsPositive, professional interactions with clients and crewsWhat You Bring Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Journeyman Electrician certification2+ years in a similar role (solar industry experience preferred)Strong understanding of NEC, UBC, and electrical systemsProject management and organizational skillsProficiency with computers and technical toolsOSHA-10 certification (or willingness to obtain)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordMix of field and office workTravel required (weekly) across Arizona and CaliforniaWork at heights (rooftops up to 30+ feet)Why Solar Gain?
