As a NETA‑accredited company, we pride ourselves on technical excellence, safety, and service.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing technical direction and career development support.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical engineering projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.Perform or oversee:Power systems analysis and design for utility and industrial applicationsProtective relaying system design and integration (SEL, GE, Siemens, Schneider)Substation automation (RTAC, RTU, HMI, and related communication protocols)Electrical drawing packages (SLDs, schematics, wiring diagrams, three‑lines)Distribution system design and upgrade specifications (MCCs, switchgear, relays, fuses, breakers, transformers)Provide QA/QC on engineering deliverables and proposals.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including project managers, field technicians, and clients.Support business development efforts by preparing technical proposals, estimates, and client presentations.Promote and enforce compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institutionRegistered Professional Engineer (P.E.)
