Electrical Project Executive -Data Center/Mission Critical

• We are conducting a confidential search for an Electrical Project Executive with experience leading data center and mission critical construction projects.

  This opportunity is suited for a senior electrical construction leader who can oversee complex projects, develop project teams, and manage client relationships while driving financial and operational performance.

  Position Overview

  • Provide executive oversight of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

  • Guide project managers and field leadership to meet budget, schedule, safety, and quality objectives.

  • Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, contracts, and risk management.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, engineers, and trade partners.

  • Coordinate staffing, resources, and execution across project teams.

  • Support commissioning, closeout, and successful project turnover.

  Qualifications

  • Senior leadership experience in electrical construction project management.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering data center and mission critical projects.

  • Strong understanding of complex electrical systems and construction operations.

  • Experience managing project financials, contracts, schedules, and risk.

  • Ability to lead and develop teams while maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
