Electrical Project Executive – Data Center Construction

Locations: Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: Up to $265,000, depending on experience

An established electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead the delivery of large data center and mission-critical projects. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who understands complex electrical construction, develops strong project teams, and has a record of delivering projects through completion.

You will provide direction to Project Managers and field leaders while maintaining oversight of project performance, client relationships, and major decisions. The right person can move between the details that need attention and the broader priorities that keep a project on track.

What you’ll do

• Provide executive oversight of electrical projects from planning through commissioning and closeout.

• Lead and support Project Managers and field leadership, establishing clear priorities and accountability.

• Monitor budgets, schedules, staffing, procurement, risks, and overall project performance.

• Work with clients, general contractors, and other project stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain progress.

• Guide major project decisions and help teams address challenges before they affect delivery.

• Develop project leaders and strengthen relationships that support future work.

What we’re looking for

• Senior project leadership experience with an electrical contractor on large, complex construction projects.

• A strong record of leading teams and delivering projects through completion.

• Data center or mission-critical experience preferred, including work in highly coordinated environments.

• Sound judgment across project financials, field execution, scheduling, and client relationships.

• The ability to lead multiple project stakeholders and make decisions when priorities compete.

Compensation is up to $265,000, depending on experience.
