Job Title: Project Manager Electrical
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical projects from planning to completion. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage electrical projects from initiation through closeout.
Develop and track schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Supervise field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safe and efficient execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain quality.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to clients and leadership.
Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and purchasing teams to secure materials.
Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of project management experience in electrical or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office; PMP is a plus.
Schedule & Work Environment:
