The Electrical Project Manager will report to senior operational leadership and serve as the primary point of contact for a major multi-year client programme. This role is ideal for an Electrical Project Manager who enjoys combining operational execution, customer engagement, and commercial responsibility.
Manage the successful delivery of a multi-year electrical services programme. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business. Lead field operations, including supervision of crews, vendors, and subcontractors. Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Prepare and review estimates using RSMeans and other industry-standard estimating tools. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Identify opportunities for additional project work, service agreements, and long-term account growth.

For the Electrical Project Manager we are seeking: Proven experience managing commercial or institutional electrical projects. Demonstrated ability to lead electrical crews and field operations. Strong client-facing and account management capabilities. Experience preparing estimates using RSMeans or similar estimating platforms. Solid understanding of project costing, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Business development, relationship-building, or revenue-generation experience would be highly advantageous but is not required.
