Electrical Project Manager/Estimator

Estimate/design and manage electrical projects ranging from $10,000 to 1 million. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, resulting in trust and long-term repeat business opportunities. Ability to identify clients' electrical needs and develop /design NEC compliant solutions that will meet current and future needs. Ensure open and effective communications with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, engineers.

Present scope and pricing in concise detailed proposals. Proven people management, process management and performance management skills. Strong budget tracking, labor tracking and scheduling skills. Attention to detail and problem solving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, employee motivation and training.
