We are looking to hire an experienced electrical Project Manager that can estimate and manage various commercial electrical projects from bidding to close out.To be successful the project manager will need to cultivate relationships with Contractors and Owners to develop business. Communicate with clients to determine the scope of each project. Market research for material and equipment pricing. Establishing and maintaining budgets for each project. Identify ways to continually improve cost-estimating procedures and project management to reduce inconsistencies between estimated and actual project costs.Manager should be detail-oriented and have sound knowledge of electrical codes.
