Job Title : PMO / Project Manager Electrical Engineering
Location : Florence, SC | Work Arrangement: Full-time, Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical engineering projects within the Elevator / Vertical Transportation domain, from project initiation through completion.
• Take end-to-end ownership of project execution, ensuring project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and budgets are clearly defined and achieved.
• Support PDLC (Product Development Lifecycle) activities, ensuring electrical engineering deliverables align with product development processes and business requirements.
• Manage and coordinate engineering change activities, including change requests, approvals, implementation, and tracking through relevant PDLC tools and systems.
• Coordinate with electrical engineering, product development, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage internal resources and third-party vendors, assigning responsibilities, tracking deliverables, and resolving project-related issues.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and action items, while continuously monitoring project progress.
• Track project performance against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and delivery objectives, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks, dependencies, delays, and resource constraints, and develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize impact.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost, ensuring proper impact assessment, documentation, approval, and implementation.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, action trackers, schedules, and project records.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide clear progress updates, escalations, and recommendations to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Support issue resolution and decision-making by coordinating with appropriate technical and business teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in accordance with engineering and product development requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders throughout the complete product development lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery.
