Job Title: Traveling Electrical Project Manager
Location: Lenexa, Kansas
Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities
- Manage electrical construction projects or assist senior management on large-scale projects in or around the Midwest.
- Oversee project field staff, subcontractor performance, and vendor compliance, ensuring adherence to safety, statutory, and legal standards.
- Coordinate project schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure timely and profitable project completion.
- Maintain communication and build relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and community officials.
- Lead project teams in accordance with company leadership models and operating principles.
- Ensure project documentation, safety protocols, and compliance are thoroughly followed.
Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Construction Project Manager on large-scale projects with direct responsibility for electrical activities.
- Experience managing electrical infrastructure including low-voltage (120V–600V AC) and medium-voltage (>600V AC) cabling, conduit systems, cable tray, structure supports, load calculations, medium-voltage terminations, and grounding systems.
- Experience delivering projects in Mission Critical or Advanced Technology environments, especially hyperscale data center electrical construction (preferred).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in construction, electrical engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent trade experience/training.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to pass jobsite security requirements, criminal background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check.
- Valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, current registration, and proof of insurance.
