Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee mission-critical and data center electrical construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
This opportunity is ideal for a results-oriented construction professional who enjoys leading teams, managing complex projects, and delivering exceptional client experiences from project kickoff through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of mission-critical electrical construction projects.
Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
Partner with Superintendents and field leadership to ensure successful execution.
Monitor project financial performance and maintain profitability.
Build strong relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Qualifications
5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
Mission-critical, data center, or commercial construction experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and contract administration.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
