In this position, you will work as a member of Tesla Facilities Quality and Commissioning for electrical systems. The primary role is to ensure that installation methods and materials used are compliant with Tesla standards and the National Electrical Code. In addition, the role requires acting as a lead during testing of line voltage for equipment, ensuring proper procedures are followed. The position is mostly 'boots on the ground,' requiring an in-field presence with some reporting and data collection performed both manually and electronically. Further, the role will require local, daily traveling to cover various sites in the south and east bay.
A successful candidate must have the ability to work independently, possess strong communication and coordination skills, be detail-oriented, and have availability/flexibility with working hours. They must be able to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with Tesla and contractor teams at various levels across the company.

$96,000 - $306,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
