Position for a motivated, team player for Space Research and Development projects located in Washington, DC. Candidate is responsible to assist with the design, analysis and development of cutting‑edge RF solutions for aerospace applications from HF to Ka band. Candidates must be US citizens and hold a US Government security clearance.ResponsibilitiesConducting technical trade studies related to communications linksDefining communications system requirementsIdentifying critical technology elementsPerforming RF circuit analysis and designDeveloping communications subsystem integration and verification plans and proceduresRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field1-2 years of experience with aerospace RF and communications system design, analysis, integration, and evaluationExperience working with multi-discipline teams (hardware/firmware/software) to produce advanced RF solutions is a plus.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with customers, management, and peers is requiredCandidates must have the ability to develop and analyze technical requirements, perform trade studies, conduct major design reviews (e.g. PDR, CDR)Extensive/frequent travel required for this positionExperience with RF modeling and simulation tools (e.g. HFSS, Genesys) required#J-18808-Ljbffr
