Key Duties
Assist electricians with roadway lighting repairs
Install and remove light poles
Install foundations, conduit, hand boxes, and wiring
Repair lighting outages
Follow Miss Utility regulations
Load and unload materials and equipment
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Valid Maryland Class C driver's license with no points
Truck-driving experience is a plus
Some electrical experience preferred
Must provide own hand tools
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Physical Requirements
Frequent lifting (51+ pounds)
Climbing ladders
Working outdoors and on your feet throughout the day
Bending, kneeling, squatting, crawling, reaching overhead, and other physical tasks
