Your Day As A Sales Rep

You won’t sit around waiting for leads.

You’ll generate and nurture your own leads.

You’ll start conversations and build relationships.

You’ll follow up consistently (because that’s where money lives).

You’ll present PM Air Care services in a friendly, professional way.

You’ll work with the team to hit targets and keep momentum high.

This is a “make it happen” role. Not a “hand me leads” role.

The Hiring Process (Rigorous, but FAST)
