We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager-Commercial Electric to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of complex, high-value commercial construction projects through all phases of design, planning, construction, and project close-out. You will work closely with our clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all project objectives are met on time and within budget. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including estimating, preconstruction, purchasing, and field operations.
2. Lead project teams and facilitate the communication and interaction among the functional representatives, internal and external.
3. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
4. Ensure all project objectives and goals are met, including safety, quality, budget, and schedule.
5. Manage project resources and subcontractors to ensure efficient and effective execution of project tasks.
6. Coordinate and oversee all project activities, including site work, building construction, and installation of electrical systems.
7. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
8. Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
9. Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and issues.
10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and codes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the commercial construction industry, with a focus on electrical systems.
3. Proven experience in managing high-value commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry best practices.
5. Experience in various sectors including Industrial, Healthcare, Education, Data Center, Technology, Public Works.
6. Proficient in project management software and tools.
7. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to travel as needed to oversee project execution.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
10. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
11. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
