Senior Electrical Project Manager – Commercial ConstructionWe're partnering with a well-established commercial electrical contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for overseeing the administrative, financial, and operational execution of projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall execution of large commercial electrical projects.Review owner contracts and ensure contractual compliance.Develop and manage master project schedules and quality control plans.Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and cost control.Identify project risks, critical milestones, and potential cost impacts.Coordinate closely with preconstruction teams during budgeting and planning.Manage change orders, submittals, procurement, RFIs, and project documentation.Develop and maintain look‑ahead schedules.Review job cost reports and financial performance regularly.Ensure subcontractors and vendors meet contractual requirements before mobilization.Maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, suppliers, and field teams.Promote a strong safety culture while maintaining high standards of quality and project execution.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience managing projects for a commercial electrical contractor .Strong knowledge of commercial electrical construction methods and project delivery.Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and change orders.Proficiency with construction management software (Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms).Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.Advanced understanding of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality management, and construction documentation.Ideal BackgroundCommercial electrical construction experience.Experience leading projects from preconstruction through closeout.Strong financial management and leadership skills.Healthcare, mission critical, data center, or other large commercial project experience is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
