Requirements for Electrical Helper – (included, but not limited to):

• Willingness to learn and apply electrical knowledge and skills.
• Assist lead electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment under supervision.
• Willingness to learn how to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Assist with running conduit, pulling wire, installing devices, and maintaining jobsite organization.
• Commitment to following all electrical safety standards and company safety policies.
• Flexible and adaptable to support both service and installation departments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to work independently when assigned tasks while maintaining communication with the lead technician.
• Capability to follow written and verbal directions from leads, managers, and leadership.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and explain work being completed when appropriate.
• Strong work ethic with a goal of completing every job safely, efficiently, and correctly the first time.
• Eagerness to continue training and develop a long-term career in the electrical trade.

All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening, must possess a valid driver’s license, and must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment.
