Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of skilled electricians in providing excellent residential and light commercial services.
• Oversee installation, service, and maintenance of home generator systems (Generac knowledge is essential).
• Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide expert troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience (some commercial experience is a plus).
• Proven expertise with Generac generators and home generator systems.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
