Your Role as a Service Technician Satisfy customer needs by troubleshooting systems and equipment to provide comprehensive electrical solutions. Conduct service calls following industry codes, safety procedures, and site-specific protocols. Repair, replace, and install electrical equipment and systems in commercial, industrial, and critical power environments. Read and interpret electrical codes, drawings, and specifications. Use top-of-the-line tools, technology, and automation to complete tasks efficiently. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to maintain top-tier service standards. Exhibit a strong and customer-focused work ethic with an emphasis on safety. What You Bring to the Table Ability to perform the physical requirements based on job description. A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on assigned tasks. Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time. A valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to pass a pre-hire drug screening and background check.
