Norlee Group is a growing multi-trade contractor delivering electrical, mechanical, and technology solutions across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and specialty markets. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations and help deliver high-quality projects throughout the Tampa, Jacksonville, and Naples area.

What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day field operations on multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects.
- Lead, mentor, and support Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews to ensure safe and productive job sites.
- Coordinate manpower, scheduling, material needs, and subcontractors to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Partner closely with Project Managers to maintain project schedules, budgets, and production goals.
- Ensure all work meets OSHA regulations, NEC requirements, project specifications, and Norlee's quality standards.
- Conduct jobsite visits, resolve field challenges, and provide technical guidance to keep projects on track.
- Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, vendors, and trade partners while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
- Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Field Leader.
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, the National Electrical Code (NEC), and OSHA safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, field teams, and changing priorities.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel between local job sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
- Experience with Commercial, Healthcare, Hospitality, Mulit-Family, Underground or specialty construction projects.
