Electrical Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team! The ideal candidate will have 4 or more years experience in the construction field. We have been in business for over 25 years and are a medium sized company that only works in the commercial construction field. We are seeking someone who can oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• interface with project inspectors, contractors, engineers, owner, and architect
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Familiar with subcontractor partner subcontracts and scope of work
• Responsible for the projects financial success
• Understanding of all projects general conditions and general requirements
• Generate RFI's as required to ensure completeness of the project documents and identify and clarify any discrepancies
• Manage and enforce safety practices daily
• Able to read blueprints
• Manpower management
• Material Ordering as deemed fit per job

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or related field
• Familiar with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
