Description
Applicant must have experience in running fast paced, multiple-story hotel projects
Desired skills
- Manage up to 10 people
- Read and understand blueprints
- Layout and coordination of underground, overhead, wall rough, etc.
- Coordination with the General Contractor"s Superintendent and other trades
- Coordination with Utility Company providers
- Implement safety standards and procedures
- Maintain contract schedule and budget
- Turn in required daily reports, weekly timesheets
- Operate various equipment (i.e. backhoe, trencher, scissor lift, forklift, etc.)
Experience on hotels a plus
Applicant must have a valid driver"s license and must be able to pass a drug test
