The Superintendent will lead all field operations related to the electrical scope of a hyperscale data centre project. The Superintendent will work closely with the General Contractor, owners, trade partners, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

The successful applicant will have proven experience serving as a Superintendent on hyperscale data center, mission critical, or large-scale electrical construction projects. They will have a strong background managing the full electrical scope of construction, including power distribution, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, and related critical infrastructure. Experience coordinating directly with General Contractors, owners, design teams, and multiple trade partners throughout project execution is required. Knowledge of sequencing electrical work alongside mechanical, civil, structural, and commissioning activities is essential. A strong understanding of project schedules, workforce planning, site logistics, and productivity management is also necessary. Experience supporting testing, energizing, commissioning, turnover, and client handover activities in mission critical environments is required. The ability to identify field conflicts, develop solutions, and drive resolution with internal and external stakeholders is crucial. A proven track record delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards is essential. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills are required.
