Compensation: $130,000 $180,000 per year (Base Pay)

Job Summary
As an Electrical Superintendent, you will lead the installation and implementation of large-scale electrical projects. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can manage 15+ electricians, maintain strict safety standards, and keep projects on schedule and under budget.
Key Responsibilities
Field Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop a crew of 15+ electricians; participate in fieldwork and use tools when necessary.
Project Oversight: Manage the construction plan, including logistics, scheduling, and subcontractor activities.
Operational Excellence: Monitor job costing, forecasting, productivity, and quality reporting.
Administration: Oversee field paperwork, including timesheets, quantity reports, and job diaries.
Safety First: Lead all safety and environmental programs to ensure a zero-incident culture.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record of delivering safe, large-scale electrical projects on time and within budget.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Building Codes; Journeyman Trade Certification is a strong asset.
Certifications: OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid (Preferred).
Skills: Proficient in MS Office; excellent communication and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to climb ladders, crawl, stoop, and routinely lift 50+ lbs.
Must be comfortable utilizing site-specific facilities and wearing all required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, etc.).
