We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Superintendent to lead and oversee electrical installation projects of conveyor systems for baggage and package systems. You will coordinate electrical installation activities, manage teams of electricians, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in electrical construction management, technical drawing review, and project scheduling will drive the successful execution of complex electrical systems across diverse construction sites. Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise electrical crews on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for electrical systems
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards
Review contracts, change orders, and construction estimates to control costs and maintain project budgets
Supervise subcontractors and manage crew management activities including training, performance evaluations, and safety enforcement
Implement quality control measures through construction drawing review and schematics interpretation to ensure precise installation of electrical systems
Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities, safety incidents, progress reports, and inspection logs for project records
Foster a collaborative team environment by managing communication effectively across all project stakeholders
Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction management with a focus on electrical systems
Strong background in supervising teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills
Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations applicable to electrical work
Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and schematics accurately
Experience with construction scheduling techniques such as project scheduling and construction schedule coordination
Order material in a timely manner
Familiarity with managing contracts, budgets, change orders, and cost estimating processes
Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings related to electrical installations
Strong communication skills for managerial oversight and managing teams effectively on-site
Construction site experience with a focus on quality control and safety management practices
