Electrical Superintendent

Advance Onboarding Solutions is hiring an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical installations and ensure project completion according to specifications and safety standards. The successful candidate will lead the electrical team, coordinate with on-site management, and maintain high standards of work quality and safety compliance. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication skills to successfully manage electrical operations within construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct electrical team activities on-site to ensure adherence to project plans and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project managers, Bilingual would be a plus
• Interpret and enforce electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and safety to achieve project goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including reports and daily logs.
• Train and mentor electrical personnel to improve performance and compliance.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar supervisory role in electrical construction.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical trade or construction management preferred.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Benefits

• Pay is $40-50 an hr.
