Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and subcontractors.
• Review and approve project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure all electrical work is performed according to local codes and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily reports and change orders.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among all staff members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Electrical License, OSHA) are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred.
