About the Role
Quality Plus Services is seeking a skilled Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction activities and lead field crews on commercial and industrial projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a safety‐first mindset.
What You’ll Do
✔ Lead and supervise electrical crews on job sites
✔ Coordinate daily schedules, materials, and manpower
✔ Ensure work meets NEC, OSHA, and company standards
✔ Review drawings and specifications for accurate execution
✔ Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety compliance
✔ Communicate with project teams, inspectors, and clients
✔ Track progress, productivity, and daily reporting
What We’re Looking For
✅ 5+ years electrical experience (commercial/industrial)
✅ Proven leadership or superintendent experience
✅ Strong knowledge of electrical codes and installations
✅ Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities
✅ Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have:
➕ Journeyman or Master Electrician license
➕ OSHA 10 or 30
➕ Industrial or heavy commercial experience
