Electrical Superintendent SLC

Micone Executive Recruiting is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale electrical construction projects.

We're looking for a strong, hands-on field leader who knows how to run a job, lead crews, maintain schedules, and get projects across the finish line.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day electrical field operations

• Manage, mentor, and develop field crews

• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors

• Drive scheduling, productivity, quality, and job-site safety

• Partner closely with Project Managers and project leadership

• Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and applicable codes

Qualifications

• Strong electrical construction field leadership experience

• Experience supervising large electrical crews

• Proven track record delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and building codes

• Commercial, mission-critical, data center, or large-project experience preferred

• Journeyman-level electrical experience strongly preferred

• OSHA 30 preferred
