Central MEP Solutions is hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent for a commercial project in Washington, DC. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background overseeing large-scale commercial electrical projects in a union environment.
You will be responsible for managing field operations, supervising crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Oversee daily field operations on commercial electrical job sites
Supervise foremen, lead electricians, and field crews
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project schedules
Ensure compliance with union agreements, safety regulations, and local codes
Monitor productivity and maintain project timelines
Conduct job site meetings and communicate with project management teams
Identify and resolve field issues proactively
8–12 years of commercial electrical construction experience
Proven experience in a Superintendent or senior leadership role
Strong knowledge of union job site operations
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Experience managing multiple crews and large commercial projects
Reliable transportation to Washington, DC
