Seeking an Electrical Superintendent, Washington, D.C. & Virginia AreasOur Client is an established, Electrical Contractor with operations in the Washington, D.C. areas. Their core business is Multi-Family Construction. Due to the growth in the D.C. Market, we are seeking an experienced Superintendent or Field Manager, ready to move to a lead position. This position will work closely with the Project Manager to build the job and then manage the team insuring that the job is completed ahead of time and under budget.
We are seeking hands on driver/manager who is likable, fair, but also stern.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
