Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and multifamily construction projects
Plan, coordinate, and execute daily work activities to meet project timelines
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies
Monitor productivity, quality, and material usage to support project profitability
Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
Train, mentor, and support electricians and apprentices
Maintain accurate reporting on progress, issues, and job site conditions

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Valid WI Journeyman Electrician License
Proven experience in a Foreman or lead role on commercial or multifamily projects
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction practices, and job site management
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schematics
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel and work across multiple project locations if needed
Additional Requirements
Must provide basic hand tools and drill (company provides additional equipment)
Ability to meet physical job requirements (lifting up to 50 lbs, working in construction environments)
Reliable attendance and punctuality
