Required Qualifications: Experience with SCADA systems and fiber optics. Experience in electrical and fiber testing such as TTR, VLF, ODTR, Fall of Potential, and VOCs. Ability to read and understand drawings, contract documents, and quality documentation. Experience inspecting installed equipment to ensure compliance with scope of work and specifications. Experience reviewing project completion documentation. Experience leading and managing construction tasks, including task monitoring, team feedback, and conflict resolution. Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical, civil, and steel structural drawings. Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to identify and mitigate job site hazards. Responsibilities: Enforce and prioritize safety protocols on the job site, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to complete projects effectively. Perform inspections and audits of construction work to verify adherence to standards and specifications. Maintain QA/QC documentation and ensure it is up to date. Communicate regularly with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Keep detailed records of construction activities, safety inspections, and progress updates. Collaborate closely with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and operations teams such as NEER/FPL. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, safety, and quality control.M
