This role leads site electrical maintenance, automation systems, and safety initiatives while maintaining high operational reliability across plant equipment. Qualifications
Candidate Requirements
Proven background in electrical maintenance within a steel mill environment, with Melt Shop experience preferred
Strong proficiency in team leadership, system management, automation, and project execution, with four or more years of supervisory experience preferred
Technical foundation backed by an Associate or Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline and geographic mobility (preferred
