Familiarity with embedded systems, real‑time communication networks (e.g., CAN), and control architectures. Ability to create and interpret CAD drawings, schematics, and design layouts. Basic experience with engineering analysis, test methods, and technical documentation. Strong problem‑solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Growing proficiency in electrical system design, CAD modeling, and engineering analysis.Practical experience supporting testing, prototype builds, or manufacturing processes. Familiarity with basic regulatory concepts (e.g., electrical safety, EMC). Ability to take ownership of small tasks or workstreams with limited supervision. Advanced proficiency in CAD, design layouts, and electrical system integration.Working knowledge of regulations such as functional safety or EMC. Ability to coordinate tasks, support planning, and provide informal technical guidance.Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements and how to apply them in design. Experience leading engineering tasks, coordinating schedules, and mentoring team members. Ability to influence technical direction and support long-term product strategy.
