Power Innovations International, part of the LiteOn Group, is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead the design and integration of next-generation energy solutions, including EV charging systems, bidirectional V2H/V2X technologies, and microgrid power-conversion products. This is a highly hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys taking products from concept to production and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Systems Engineer, you will own complete systems-level electrical designs, develop and validate prototypes, support manufacturing, and ensure products meet safety, performance, and certification requirements. What Youll Do
Architect complete AC and DC power systems, including block diagrams, power distribution architectures, and interconnect designs. Design and document wiring systems, cable assemblies, grounding strategies, and over current protection schemes. Create system schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing documentation. Build, wire, power-up, test, and troubleshoot prototype and pilot units in a laboratory environment. Develop and execute system validation testing, including continuity, hi-pot, functional, and power-on testing. Support manufacturing teams by resolving build issues and driving corrective actions. Manage BOMs, engineering changes, electrical drawings, and DFMEA documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and certification requirements. Drive design-for-manufacturing, design-for-assembly, and cost optimization initiatives.
What Were Looking For
