Morning coffee in hand, you step into our lab in 44202, OH. You power up an oscilloscope, check your multimeter leads, and queue a test profile on the power supply. A prototype powers on. You watch the traces, compare readings to specs, log the results, and flag an anomaly. By mid-morning, you’re shoulder‑to‑shoulder with an engineer, isolating a fault and proposing a fix. After lunch, you refine a test method, tidy the bench, and join a short training session on a new measurement technique. It’s hands-on, precise, and collaborative—every day.

What You’ll Do

• Execute electrical verification on components and full systems to confirm they meet specification and regulatory criteria.
• Set up and run tests using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and programmable power supplies.
• Capture and analyze data, then document results with clarity and accuracy.
• Partner with engineering to troubleshoot issues uncovered during validation and bring them to resolution.
• Keep the lab safe, orderly, and audit-ready while following all safety practices.
• Contribute to creating and improving test procedures, fixtures, and workflows.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new tools, technologies, and methods.

What You Bring

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (or related discipline) preferred.
• Hands-on experience in an electrical testing or equivalent technician role.
• Solid grasp of circuits, components, and system-level behavior.
• Fluency with bench instruments and electrical test tools.
• Keen problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated experience working safely with 480V.
