Electrical Technician

Hours

Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime as needed

Pay

$26.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems
  • Perform quality control inspections on assemblies
  • Use electronic test equipment and soldering tools
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
  • Support manufacturing projects and process improvements
  • Lift up to 50 lbs when necessary

Minimum Requirements
  • Associate’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures
  • Proficiency with soldering, wire harness assembly, and testing equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice to Have Skills
  • Support experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Ability to assist with assembly estimates
  • Experience sourcing components
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Associate’s Degree or higher in electronic engineering or related discipline
  • Over five years of hands-on electro-mechanical assembly and quality assurance work

Other Requirements
  • Work on-site in Canton, Ohio
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime as needed
  • Willing to support special projects and perform general department duties
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
