Electrical Technician

Hours:
1st Shift: 07:00 am – 03:30 pm, Monday through Friday

Pay:
$26.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems
  • Conduct quality control inspections
  • Use soldering, wire harness assembly, and electronic test equipment
  • Support production and troubleshoot assembly issues
  • Follow safety procedures and work within detailed specifications

Minimum Requirements:
  • Associate’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
  • Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes
  • Proficiency with soldering, wire harness assembly, and electronic testing tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and computer skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Manufacturing engineering support experience
  • Ability to assist with assembly estimates
  • Sourcing component parts experience
  • Supervisory or leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Associate’s Degree or higher in electronic engineering or related discipline
  • Over five years of hands-on electro-mechanical assembly and quality assurance experience

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime as needed
  • Willingness to support special projects and perform general duties
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
