-Responsibilities: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity to join a stable and growing company in the Charlotte area! The Electrical Technician will support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and electro-mechanical equipment throughout its facility. This role is responsible for diagnosing and repairing motors, drives, PLC components, relays, sensors, transformers, and other electrical controls, as well as installing conduit, wiring, and power distribution systems for production equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience reading electrical schematics, troubleshooting industrial machinery, and supporting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing environment. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to minimize equipment downtime are essential for success in this role.

-Requirements:

-Minimum 5+ years electrical maintenance experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.

-Experience troubleshooting PLCs and or VFD's is required.

-Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical equipment, including motors, transformers, relays, switches, sensors, AC/DC drives.

-Experience installing conduit, wiring, and electrical components for new production equipment, including machinery, conveyors, and control systems.

-Must have experience with automated machinery.

-Experience with up to 480v required.
