Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Electronics, or related field preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is a plus

Experience Requirements:

• Experience in electrical assembly, panel building, machine wiring, or controls
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Experience using electrical hand tools and wiring equipment
• Soldering experience preferred
• Senior-level candidates should have 7+ years of related experience

Job Duties:

• Assemble and wire electrical panels, control cabinets, and subassemblies
• Install electrical and electromechanical components per engineering drawings
• Route, label, and connect wiring to meet specifications
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Perform soldering, testing, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed
• Diagnose wiring issues, component failures, and electrical malfunctions
• Collaborate with engineers on assemblies, prototypes, and problem-solving
• Complete production documentation and maintain quality standards
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, functionality, and workmanship

Physical Capabilities:

• Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Lift and move materials and components as needed
• Maintain attention to detail while working with electrical systems
• Work safely in a manufacturing environment
