Hands-on experience within the semiconductor capital equipment industry or an equivalent technical field.
Proficiency operating high-performance test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and Hi-Pot testers.
Expertise in component-level printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) rework, including surface mount and through-hole soldering.
Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot printed circuit boards utilizing engineering schematics and electrical block diagrams.
Competency in building complex wire harnesses using industrial connectors from Harting, Molex, CPC, and multi-pin DSUB formats.
Experience with industrial electrical installations up to 480VAC three-phase wiring, including contactors, circuit breakers, and torque specifications.
Mechanical aptitude using sheet metal prototype fabrication tools to modify enclosures for internal component and bulkhead mounting.
Responsibilities
Manage laboratory asset tracking and calibration schedules for several hundred pieces of electrical equipment using RFID systems.
Execute circuit board modifications including jumper wires, dead-bug integrated circuit installations, and specialized potting or epoxy applications.
