Electrical Technician

This role works across production and repair & return (R&R) activities and offers the opportunity to grow from foundational assembly tasks into advanced component-level diagnostics and repair.This is a fully on-site position in Huntsville, AL. What You'll DoAssemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electromechanical assembliesPerform IPC-compliant soldering and rework on PCBs and wiring harnessesUse diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and automated test equipmentInterpret schematics, work instructions, and engineering documentationDocument repairs and test results in ERP/MES systemsSupport quality, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement effortsWork in an ESD-controlled environment following strict safety and quality standardsMaintain clean, organized work areas consistent with 5S and lean practicesEscalate issues to senior technicians or supervisors when encountering unfamiliar defects or failuresWhat We're Looking For0-4 years of electronics assembly or repair experienceStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyAbility to read schematics and follow controlled processesBasic soldering proficiency; IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-J-STD-001 preferredBasic understanding of ESD controls and safe handling practicesActive SECRET security clearanceAbility to lift 25-40 lbs. as requiredAbility to sit or stand for extended periods
