We design and build advanced, turnkey solutions across medical, consumer goods, electronics, defense, and industrial sectors. If you thrive in hands‑on roles and love solving complex technical challenges, this is where you can make an impact.

We’re looking for a skilled Electrical Technician II who thrives in a hands‑on, dynamic environment. In this role, you’ll help build advanced automation systems from the ground up, collaborate with talented engineers and project teams, and gain exposure to cutting‑edge technologies. If you enjoy problem‑solving, working with your hands, and seeing your work come to life in real-world machines, this is the place for you. Travel is required for this role and may involve first, second, or third shift depending on project needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build and wire custom and standard electrical control assemblies (PLC cabinets, HMI enclosures, etc.) using engineering drawings.
  • Mount, wire, and integrate motors, sensors, controllers, and other components into automated systems.
  • Complete system-wide power and control wiring, including transformers and power distribution elements.
  • Review and communicate design changes with the Controls Design team and Supervisors.
  • Support Machine Project Leaders (MPLs) during system setup and cycling to ensure equipment functions flawlessly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical hardware issues; assist programmers with device configuration and testing.
  • Mentor and support Electrical Technician 1 team members.
  • Collaborate with Standards teams on wiring for standard equipment.
  • Travel to customer sites to support equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Complete ISO‑compliant documentation, Manufacturing Quality Plans (MQPs), and checklists with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Apply 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement practices in daily work.
  • Support mechanical assembly tasks when needed to keep production on track.

Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on electrical assembly and wiring experience in a manufacturing or automation environment.
  • Associate degree in an electrical field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven proficiency in all entry level Electrical Technician responsibilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering documents.
  • Comfort working with BOMs, change forms, and basic purchasing processes.
  • Physical ability to perform hands-on shop work (standing, kneeling, climbing, lifting 25–50 lbs., etc.).
  • Commitment to safety and proper PPE use.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Benefits:
We take care of our people — and their futures.
Benefits include:
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Health, dental, and life insurance
  • Short‑ and long‑term disability
  • Paid time off & paid holidays
  • Paid parental leave
  • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • A collaborative, innovative environment where your ideas matter
