Job Description:
- Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom, and other electrical systems
- Install electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment for alarm and other systems
- Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks
- Some recordkeeping involved
- Preventative maintenance
- Operation and maintenance of overhead crane (AC & DC)
- Transformer inspections
- Infrared panel testing
- PLC and VFD drive troubleshooting, programming & updating
- 5 or more years of hands-on electrical experience
- Ability to troubleshoot power wiring and controls
- Need to be able to run rigid conduit and wiring
- Knowledge of 13.8 KV, 110v/220v, 480v, 2300v, 25HZ and working knowledge of 250 DC
- Must know 13.8 KV to 120 VAC breaker maintenance and upgrade
- Electrical preventative maintenance knowledge
- Understanding of pre-tool inspection and site clean-up post completion
- Must be able to read blueprints/schematics
