Overview
R&P Technologies is looking for a proven ship board leader/waterfront specialist with technical skills to lead a large crew during a post delivery on the a DDG 1000 class ship. Provide mentorship and training to Technician Level III, II and I personnel. Experience with inner workings of shipyards (BAE, NASSCO, HII) especially HII shipyard in Pascagoula Mississippi is preferred. Responsible for ensuring all electrical production meets the expectations of the Electrical Superintendent and customers. Ensure that all work performed is in accordance with ship specification requirements while complying with all OSHA, NAVSEA, ABS, local shipyard, and R&P safety policies and procedures.
