Location: Russellville, AR

Pay Rate: $26.61 - $35.92 per hour

Shift Options: 1st, 5 AM-3 PM or 2nd, 3 PM-1 AM | Schedule: Monday-Thursday | OT on Friday & Saturday as needed

You know your way around tools, machines, and tough jobs. We're hiring an Electrical Technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and keep the shop running strong.

Requirements:

• Experience working with industrial electrical systems in a manufacturing or plant environment
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic systems across multiple voltage levels
• Strong understanding of electrical theory, wiring practices, and control systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Experience with motors, controls, PLCs, and industrial equipment preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA and electrical safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
• Willingness to work flexible shifts or on-call schedules as needed

Job Duties:

• Inspect, repair, install, and wire electrical and electronic equipment, devices, and circuits of varying voltages (in-plant and field systems)
• Troubleshoot electrical systems to identify failures and restore safe, reliable operation
• Install conduit, wiring, controls, motors, and electrical components per schematics and technical drawings
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and production equipment
• Test electrical systems and components using standard diagnostic tools and meters
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and plant procedures
• Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and new installations
• Document work performed, including repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime
