    Our client in the Seattle area is a part of a leading design and manufacturer of aerospace products and is looking for a Electrical Test & Calibration Technician

    Keltia Design Inc. is a technical support services company providing Aerospace Design, CAD Training along with Specialized Technical Recruiting services to mainly the aerospace industry in WA and CA, and other locations around the US and Canada. We have been in business for nearly 20 years in the US and over 8 years in Europe.

    Responsibilities

    Tests, calibrates, adjusts and maintains electromechanical, mechanical, optical, pneumatic, hydro-mechanical, and pressure-type measuring and indicating instruments to conform to set standards.

    Sets up calibration sequences, methods and procedures according to detailed blueprints, drawings, and instructions.

    Supports electrical wiring of test system controllers and wiring to instrumented systems.

    General support for production and qualification testing.

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge of electrical systems and electrical wiring practices
    • Experience work with electrical power supplies, oscilloscopes, and multi-meters
    • Experience in instrumentation
    • Experience working with hydraulic/pneumatic systems
    • Proficiency with Microsoft office products including word and excel
    • Self-driven

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 3 years' experience as an Electrical or Calibration Technician
    • Technical degree
    • AS9100 familiarity
