We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Test Engineer to execute robust test strategies for complex robotic systems, focusing on system-level reliability and integrated electro-mechanical performance. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert in system testing, driving test rigor, reliability validation, and continuous improvement throughout development and deployment. You will collaborate closely with Systems, Software, Electrical, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams to ensure our products meet performance, reliability, and customer expectations. Success in this role is measured by product reliability, quality of test coverage, effective defect prevention, and the timely execution of test programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive test strategies for complex robotic systems.
• Ensure robust system-level reliability and integrated electro-mechanical performance.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert in system testing.
• Drive test rigor, reliability validation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software, Electrical, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams.
• Ensure products meet performance, reliability, and customer expectations.
• Measure success through product reliability, test coverage quality, defect prevention, and timely execution of test programs.

Essential Skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Golden Valley, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
